Wahoo Terms of Service

Effective date: 19 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and YANGKAN TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (UEN 202624041N), a Singapore private company limited by shares ("Wahoo", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Wahoo mobile application, website at https://wahoo.live, APIs, content, social features, wallet interfaces, prediction-market interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

  1. you are at least 18 years old and at least the minimum legal age required for each feature in your jurisdiction;
  2. you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
  3. your use is lawful where you are physically located and where you reside;
  4. you are not subject to sanctions, embargoes, or restrictions that prohibit the Services or a relevant transaction;
  5. you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, organized under the laws of, or accessing from a jurisdiction restricted by Wahoo or an applicable provider;
  6. you have not been suspended or removed from the Services; and
  7. all information and representations you provide are accurate and complete.

You may not use a virtual private network, proxy, location-spoofing method, false identity, or other technique to evade a geographic, sanctions, eligibility, or compliance restriction. Market data or social content may remain viewable in a location where trading, funding, or wallet features are disabled.

Third-party providers maintain their own eligibility and geographic rules. Polymarket's current restrictions are described in its Geographic Restrictions guidance. Those restrictions can change at any time and may differ between Polymarket entities or products.

2. The Services

Wahoo combines short-form video, livestreams, social discovery, messaging, creator tools, market information, embedded-wallet interfaces, and access to third-party prediction-market and funding services.

Features may include:

  • public profiles, follows, comments, messages, groups, notifications, and sharing;
  • videos, livestreams, creator publishing, promotion, and market-linked content;
  • market discovery, prices, order books, charts, positions, orders, and settlement information;
  • embedded non-custodial wallet interfaces and user-authorized blockchain signing;
  • deposit, withdrawal, redemption, and supported on-ramp or off-ramp flows;
  • points-based livestream predictions, rewards, promotions, or other engagement features.

Features vary by user, device, location, provider, and release stage. We may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue a feature at any time.

3. Wahoo's role and third-party services

Wahoo provides software, content, social, routing, and technical-integration services. Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific product, Wahoo is not a bank, custodian, payment processor, bookmaker, exchange, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser, financial adviser, or operator of the third-party prediction markets displayed through the Services.

3.1 Polymarket

Prediction-market data, liquidity, matching, market rules, resolution, settlement, and related services may be provided by Polymarket or an applicable Polymarket entity. Your use of those features is also governed by:

  • Polymarket Terms of Use;
  • Polymarket Privacy Policy;
  • applicable market rules, resolution criteria, integrity requirements, geographic restrictions, and provider notices.

Polymarket operates through separate entities, and the entity or product available to you may depend on location and eligibility. Wahoo does not create or control Polymarket market-resolution rules and cannot guarantee that a market will remain open, liquid, tradable, or available.

3.2 Privy and embedded wallets

Authentication and embedded-wallet infrastructure may be provided by Privy (Horkos, Inc.). Your use is also subject to Privy's User Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3.3 MoonPay and fiat payment services

Fiat-to-digital-asset and digital-asset-to-fiat services may be provided by MoonPay. MoonPay independently determines availability, identity verification, compliance, pricing, fees, payment methods, limits, refunds, and transaction approval. Your use is governed by MoonPay's applicable Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

3.4 Other providers

The Services may interact with Apple, Google, Cloudflare, blockchain networks, smart contracts, relayers, bridges, node providers, data providers, liquidity providers, app stores, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own rules. Wahoo is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, outages, content, security, pricing, or decisions.

4. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, maintain one account unless we authorize otherwise, and keep your account and device secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or authorized authentication methods.

You must promptly notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access, compromised authentication, fraudulent activity, or loss of a device used with the Services. We may require additional verification, restrict access, or suspend transactions while investigating.

Do not share one-time codes, passwords, seed phrases, private keys, recovery credentials, or device access. Wahoo will never ask for your seed phrase or raw private key.

5. Wallets, signatures, and delegated execution

Wallet features are designed to be non-custodial or user-controlled. Wahoo does not intend to take possession of your seed phrase or raw private key and does not guarantee recovery of wallet access.

To enable transactions, you may be asked to:

  • create or connect a wallet;
  • sign typed data or blockchain transactions;
  • establish a smart account;
  • authorize a delegated signer or technical execution permission;
  • approve tokens, contracts, bridges, or transaction parameters.

Read every request before approving it. A delegated signer may allow technical execution without a separate wallet popup for every order, but only within the authorization and product flow you approve. Wahoo may technically transmit or execute your order instructions through its systems or a provider's systems; Wahoo does not select a market, outcome, size, or price for you on a discretionary basis unless you separately enroll in a feature that clearly states otherwise.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. An incorrect address, network, asset, amount, approval, signature, or instruction may result in permanent loss. You are responsible for confirming all transaction details and maintaining adequate network fees and supported assets.

6. Orders, market transactions, and settlement

An order or transaction request is an instruction from you. By submitting it, you represent that:

  1. you are authorized to use the wallet and assets;
  2. the instruction is accurate and intentional;
  3. the transaction is lawful and permitted by all applicable provider rules;
  4. you accept the displayed price, slippage, fees, liquidity, and settlement conditions;
  5. you understand that submission does not guarantee acceptance or execution.

Orders may be rejected, partially filled, delayed, repriced within an authorized slippage limit, canceled, or unavailable because of market conditions, provider rules, liquidity, network congestion, technical errors, risk controls, or legal restrictions. A displayed balance, quote, chart, probability, expected payout, or transaction status may be delayed or inaccurate and is not a guarantee.

Market resolution and redemption are governed by the applicable market's published rules and provider process. Wahoo does not control or guarantee the result, oracle, dispute process, payout, or timing.

7. Prediction-market and digital-asset risks

Prediction-market trading and digital assets involve substantial risk of loss, including loss of all amounts committed. You should use only funds you can afford to lose.

Risks include:

  • market volatility, rapidly changing prices, and imperfect probability estimates;
  • limited liquidity, wide spreads, slippage, partial fills, or inability to exit;
  • ambiguous market language, resolution disputes, oracle errors, or delayed settlement;
  • smart-contract bugs, blockchain reorganization, validator or sequencer failure, bridge failure, token depegging, and network congestion;
  • wallet compromise, phishing, malicious approvals, lost credentials, and irreversible transfers;
  • provider outage, insolvency, enforcement action, rule changes, fee changes, or service termination;
  • legal, tax, sanctions, or regulatory changes affecting access, assets, or transactions;
  • reliance on data, content, prices, commentary, or opinions that may be incomplete, delayed, biased, or wrong.

Wahoo content, charts, rankings, social activity, creator content, market prices, and recommendations are provided for information and discovery. They are not investment, financial, legal, tax, or betting advice and do not constitute a solicitation, recommendation, guarantee, or fiduciary service. You make every decision independently.

8. Market integrity

You must comply with all applicable market-integrity rules. You may not:

  • trade using stolen, misappropriated, unlawfully obtained, or duty-bound confidential information;
  • trade on an illegal tip when you know or should know the source is prohibited from using the information;
  • trade in a market whose outcome you can materially control or influence, or at the direction of such a person;
  • manipulate or attempt to manipulate a market, price, volume, resolution, oracle, or displayed activity;
  • engage in spoofing, layering, wash trading, fictitious transactions, self-dealing, front-running, collusion, or disruptive trading;
  • publish false or deceptive information to affect a market;
  • use multiple accounts, wallets, bots, or coordinated activity to evade restrictions, gain an unfair advantage, or abuse rewards.

We may monitor activity, preserve evidence, restrict accounts, cancel access where technically permitted, report conduct to providers or authorities, and cooperate with investigations. Polymarket's current integrity principles are available at https://integrity.polymarket.com.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the Services to:

  1. violate law, sanctions, court orders, provider rules, or another person's rights;
  2. commit fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery, tax evasion, theft, or deceptive activity;
  3. exploit, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass the Services except as expressly permitted by law or written authorization;
  4. upload malware, steal credentials, impersonate another person, or obtain unauthorized access;
  5. harass, threaten, exploit, dox, defame, or endanger another person;
  6. publish unlawful, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, fraudulent, or materially deceptive content;
  7. spam, manipulate engagement, buy or sell accounts, or abuse promotions, referrals, rewards, creator tools, or APIs;
  8. collect personal data from other users without a lawful basis;
  9. evade account, location, age, KYC, AML, sanctions, security, moderation, or transaction controls;
  10. use the Services on behalf of a prohibited person or for an undisclosed commercial intermediary activity.

10. User content and social features

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to rights held by others. By uploading or publishing content, you grant Wahoo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, encode, adapt for technical formatting, transmit, display, distribute, promote, and make the content available as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Services. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except for reasonable backup periods, legal retention, prior authorized uses, and copies made or shared by others.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for your content and that it complies with these Terms. You are responsible for music, footage, images, trademarks, statements, market claims, and personal data included in your content.

We may review, label, limit, demonetize, remove, preserve, or disclose content and may restrict accounts where we reasonably believe it is necessary for safety, integrity, law, provider requirements, or enforcement. We are not obligated to publish, retain, or restore content.

Other users' content may be inaccurate, offensive, misleading, or harmful. Views expressed by users or creators are their own and are not endorsed by Wahoo.

11. Messages, livestreams, and recording

Do not assume that a direct message, group message, livestream, or other communication will remain private. Recipients may copy or share it, and Wahoo may process communications for delivery, safety, abuse prevention, support, and legal compliance as described in the Privacy Policy.

You must obtain required permissions before recording, streaming, or publishing another person, private conversation, copyrighted work, or confidential information.

12. Points, rewards, promotions, and fees

Wahoo may offer points, badges, rankings, referral rewards, creator rewards, promotional credits, or livestream prediction points. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • points are promotional, have no cash or property value, are not deposits or digital assets, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money;
  • rewards are conditional, may expire, and may be corrected, withheld, or revoked for error, abuse, fraud, or rule violations;
  • no reward is guaranteed.

Wahoo or a third party may charge fees. Applicable fees, spreads, network costs, or provider charges will be disclosed in the relevant flow or provider terms. You authorize deduction of disclosed amounts when you confirm a transaction.

13. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying taxes arising from your use of the Services, including transactions, rewards, gains, income, or losses. Wahoo does not provide tax advice. We may report information or withhold amounts where legally required.

14. Intellectual property

The Services, including Wahoo's software, design, trademarks, logos, graphics, compilation, and original content, are owned by Wahoo or its licensors and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, Wahoo grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Except as permitted by law or written authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Services. Third-party names, data, and marks belong to their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied merely because a third-party service is integrated or referenced.

If you believe content infringes your rights, email [email protected] with sufficient information to identify the work, the challenged content, your authority, and your contact details.

15. Availability, changes, and beta features

The Services may be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, or interrupted. Maintenance, network conditions, provider changes, legal restrictions, app-store review, feature flags, or security incidents may affect availability.

Beta, experimental, simulated, test-data, and pre-release features may be incomplete, unstable, or changed without notice. Do not rely on simulated balances, prices, or transactions as real assets or commitments.

We may change supported markets, providers, assets, networks, countries, limits, features, or technical requirements at any time. We do not guarantee continued compatibility, availability, or support.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion through available settings or by contacting us.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access; disable features; remove content; or refuse transactions if we reasonably believe that:

  • you violated these Terms or third-party rules;
  • your account poses legal, sanctions, fraud, safety, market-integrity, or security risk;
  • information is inaccurate or verification is incomplete;
  • a provider, regulator, court, or authority requires action;
  • continued service is technically or commercially impracticable.

Termination does not cancel completed blockchain transactions, open provider obligations, accrued liabilities, or provisions intended to survive, including ownership, risk, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, dispute, and enforcement terms. You remain responsible for managing open positions, wallet assets, and provider accounts, subject to applicable restrictions.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Wahoo disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Wahoo does not warrant that content, market data, quotes, wallet balances, provider information, transaction status, or results are accurate, current, complete, or suitable for your purposes. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wahoo and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, digital assets, or expected savings; trading losses; provider failures; or unauthorized access, even if advised of the possibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wahoo's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

  1. the fees you paid directly to Wahoo for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  2. SGD 100.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits limitation.

19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless Wahoo and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from third-party claims, damages, penalties, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms or provider rules, your infringement of another person's rights, or your fraud or willful misconduct.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be waived, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

Before filing a claim, you and Wahoo agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by written notice. Send notices to [email protected] with the subject Legal Dispute Notice and describe the issue and requested resolution. Either party may seek urgent injunctive or protective relief when necessary.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, providers, risk, business operations, or law. We will post the updated Terms and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

22. General provisions

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms form the entire agreement between you and Wahoo concerning the Services. Third-party terms separately govern third-party services.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; Wahoo may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Services. No person other than you and Wahoo has a right to enforce these Terms unless expressly stated.
